Domestic Shipping

Shipping is always FREE. Items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days from your order date.

How will my order arrive?

Once an order is received, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided with the status of your order. Your order will be packaged carefully in gift boxes and shipped in Priority mail shipping boxes.

Caring for your Jewelry

Keep your jewelry looking new by avoiding contact with water, lotions​, and cleaning chemicals. When not wearing jewelry store in a dark, safe place to avoid breakage and damage.​

Sizing Guide

How much difference is there between Small-Medium and Medium-Large stretch bracelets?

• The difference is less than an inch. Small-Medium are approximately 6.5 - 7 inches in length and Medium-Large is slightly larger.  

Can I order custom sizes?

• Yes, if you are looking for a custom size, please email michellemarchettidesigns@gmail.com to inquire. I can create children's sizes as well.

Can I request a Custom Design?

How to Return  

I am happy to accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return the product for a refund within 14 days of the shipping date in its original, unused condition. You will need to pay the shipping fee.

Contact michellemarchettidesigns@gmail.com for the reason of the return and I will reply with the return address you will need to mail your item to and any other information you may need . Be sure your item is well-packed and insured.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If the item arrives damaged or breaks during the first 30 days, I will repair it free of charge.

Please contact michellemarchettidesigns@gmail.com to inform me of the issue. I will reply with the return address you will need to mail your item to and any other information you may need. You will only need to pay the shipping charge.

*If you would like to return an item for repair after 30 days, a small fee may be charged for shipping and materials. 
 

Exchanges 

I may accept unused merchandise purchased online  for exchange within 14 days of purchase date depending on product availability. Contact michellemarchettidesigns@gmail.com and let me know what size or item you would like instead.
